February was a big month for music from the Grammys to surprise releases from Beyonce and all the album announcements. It is hard to feel overwhelmed with the amount of music coming our way this year but here are all the new releases you might have missed this month.

Past Life Cowgirl is a supper addictive song, even if you are not a fan of country this song is guaranteed to be stuck in your head all day long. This song has been all over TikTok and it is no surprise as to why. The lush vocals and relatable lyrics perfectly depicts the life of a British country loving fan. It is easy to be transported to a hot summer in Nashville when listening to this 3rd single from Katie Rigby and if you are looking to get into a new genre this year Past Life Cowgirl is the perfect route into country.

This second release from Daisy Peacock is perfect for those yearning about the love that could have been or the love that moved on. Daisy has incredible vocals that only gets better the more you listen to this song, the lyrics and beat of this are incredibly addicting and leave you wanting more music from this new star. The Birmingham based singer is one to look out for and if you are looking for new artists to help with heartbreak and fill that void then Daisy Peacock is perfect. Her storytelling is vivid and insatiable and cannot wait for more new music but for now Valentine’s Day will be on repeat.
24 hours – Chloe Slater
For fans of The Beaches and Orla Gartland this new release from Chloe Slater is just for you. 24 hours perfectly captures the anger towards social media, reality stars, overconsumption and the out of touch world that they have created. Slater sings with such passion about something that most young women feel, and 24 hours has been made as a voice for them. This song will be incredible live with a crowd who will scream at the top of their lungs, so if you need to get your anger out look no further than 24 hours.

If It’s Alright is perfect pure pop straight from the early 2000s.
